About us
We are a registered charity (Reg No. 138-129NPO, June 2015) based in Lamontville, Durban, South Africa. Our services, however, have been sought by people as far as as Eastern Cape and Gauteng.
Our primary aim is to ensure that people with dementia and those that care for them live well. Understanding and supporting individuals with dementia is crucial for their well-being and the well-being of their carers and loved ones.
We focus on those living in disadvantaged communities, however we work with people from all walks of life. Our clients come from mostly eThekwini Metropolitan area, Durban, but we have worked with people from as far as Eastern Cape and Gauteng.
Our specialist dementia advisors offer bespoke advice and support to individuals and their families. This helps them to cope with the ever changing challenges posed by the illness and enables them to stay at home in familiar environment with their loved ones for as long as possible.
